Paint Bottles - Pass the creamer!

I am a huge fan of recycling items into something useful. I mean hey, you can't pass up FREE right? I also LOVE organization. Though yes, I am certainly not always organised in the least, I would however love to be at all times! I am getting there! I love finding new organizational systems that make life easier! One of the latest crazes in the organizational world seems to be coffee creamer bottles. My take on them was PAINT BOTTLES! ok let me back up a bit. The school where I teach is government and donation funded, so we of course don't have a lot of money for equipment. Therefore all of the classrooms must share large gallon paint jugs. In my class we paint just about every single day. Depending on the weekly theme, we need certain colors for the day. Mix that in with not having an assistant that can just run out of the room to go hunt down the needed color from another classroom, presented the need to have my own set of paints!

You can see the large "sharing" jugs in the back of the photo. With four people in my house that drink coffee, creamer bottles are not a hard thing to acquire! Especially empty ones! Simply peel off the label and rinse them out! The bottles are clear surprisingly, (I assumed they were white due to the liquid!) and the labels are plastic and come right off. No sticky residue! I now have my own set of paint in my classroom in every color readily available at all times. They are MUCH easier to handle and pour too! Also takes up much less room. Hope this helps!
